Last night I watched America’s Got Talent for one reason, to see the great Howard Stern on a new platform. I’ve proclaimed my love for Howard and the gang here before. I am a self-proclaimed Stern Fan. I find great comfort in filling the rooms of my home, via my Sonos,with the hilarious ramblings, witty bantar, stellar interviews and strange news that I get from Howard and friends. It’s funny, last night when the show started and Howard began to talk, BD turned to me and said “Don’t you feel like he’s one of our friends?” Yes, I understand how that may sound sort of pathetic, unless….you are a Stern fan and have been listening daily for years, and have been through all that has led up to the AGT premiere, then you would totally understand that sentiment. It was so exciting to see Howard step outside the comfort zone of his radio show and on to a tremendous stage in a new environment. After watching the entire two hours of AGT I can say this, I would never watch that show if it weren’t for Howard. But because of his charisma and energy I will. I truly love Howard and everything he does. So what are your thoughts on Howard moonlighting at AGT? Are you a super fan, indifferent or hate his guts??

I couldn’t agree with you more!!! I have been a Stern Fan for as long as I can remember. I am almost forty and listen daily, in the car, in my house and thru my phone. And Howard IS like one of the family, I am happy when he does well and sad when he fails. I take it personally when someone criticizes him and am his biggest P.R. agent ever. I listened back when it seemed as though only guys listened, and if you were female and liked Howard, something surely must be wrong with you. He has made me laugh so hard I pee, cringe and almost throw up in my mouth and fall in love with guests I had hated before he interviewed them. I love the whole team, Howard, Robin, Gary, Fred. I hate Benji and miss Artie so much it’s like he died and I will never see him again anywhere else. I am a SuperFan and will be forever. BaBaBooey to you!!!! Long live the King of ALL Media!!!!
